If you are a Network Creator or an administrator, you can now contact us without having to leave your network! Simply sign in to your Ning Network, click the My Network tab, and open the Support link in the lower left area. From that page, you can send us a new ticket by clicking “Email Support Team.” This form gives our team a lot of helpful information to troubleshoot effectively, and ensures your ticket is prioritized effectively.

If you are a member of a Ning Network and have a question, head to that network and sign in. At the bottom of every page you’ll find a “Report an Issue” link that will send a message to the Network Creator and admins of the network, who can help you best.
